Return and Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the date of purchase. All products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to returning any order. We cannot accept returned merchandise without an approved RMA.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice.
